Access Module - Conditions Library (User: Road Manager)

In this release there is a change to Condition Library rules:

• Identical standard or customs conditions can now be added to more than one condition set.
• This gives you flexibility in how you set up condition sets, and group conditions for consents.
• When added to a consent, variables such as speed can be edited even if the condition exists in other sets within the Conditions Library.
