The NHVR Portal will be updated with Release 8.1.0 from 4.00 pm (AEST - Brisbane time) on Wednesday 16/12/2020.

To stop incorrect automated Refusal notices being sent to Customers, the Portal now has a manual Refusal notice option. This allows the NHVR to override the automation.

Vehicle Standards

In all terrain crane applications, the information entered for the first axle will now be populated to all axles for the crane. Where the axle information is different, individual axles can still be edited. This will save time as the axle information is often the same.

We are currently inviting customers and road managers to share their experience with the Portal - you may have spotted our Satisfaction Survey which appears as a popup from the right of your screen. This popup will only show once when you've undertaken a task, and whilst your participation is voluntary it allows us to make improvements to the Portal based on your feedback.
We're continuing to make updates in line with our upcoming PBS updates - you may see things moving around or looking visually different. We'll always try to let you know of any significant changes and whilst some of these updates may take a little time to get used to, we believe they'll make your Portal experience easier!
