Acess

• Operators are assuming that when completing audit details on Accreditation applications that the portal informs the Auditor which it doesn't. To make sure Operators are auditing correctly we have added a check box for customer with wording about Has audit date been confirmed with Auditor that must be ticked to submit the application. 

• An additional renewal reminder sent 6 weeks prior to a customer’s permit expiry (previously sent at 12 weeks only).

• If an Access Facilitator creates a permit renewal, then all cases will be assigned to that Facilitator. Previously the system assigned to the original Facilitator who may have been de-activated. 

Accreditation

• Audits conducted earlier (actual) than the specified ‘Next audit’ date no longer update the ‘Next audit date’ field. In the event that the actual date of audit is after the ‘Next audit’ date, then the date will update.
