The NHVR Portal will be updated with Release 6.2.0 from 4pm (AEST - Brisbane time) on Wednesday 11/12/2019.

CHANGES WITHIN SERVICE AREAS:

GLOBAL CHANGES ACROSS ALL SERVICE AREAS

New Privacy policy introduced Friday 6 December. The following privacy practices were updated:
- Use and disclosure of personal information
- Storage and security of your personal information
- Accessing and correcting your personal information
- Complaints process.
Tool Tips updated across Portal
Payment threshold increased to allow for payment above $10K
Minor changes to notification email wording.

ACCESS

A new reminder will now display for Route Planner, in both the Information Hub and Application Tracker.

“Route planner only displays the shortest trip possible, please ensure you check the turn by turn Route Summary for the most accurate route before proceeding with application”.

View certificates and documents
For certificates and documents created after 29 November, these are now available in the NHVR Portal to view and save.
If you require certificates or documents before this date, please contact the NHVR Call Centre and they can upload into the NHVR Portal for accessing under your account.
