CHANGES TO USER TYPES & PERMISSIONS (User: All)

Summary:

User (Payments) role has changed to User (Submitter). All existing users with this permission level will automatically be reassigned to this role.

What:

• Key change is the User (Payments) role has change to User (Submitter)
• The new user role matrix now available within the Portal, detailing the actions by user type.

How:

• For existing accounts, any person with the User (Payments) role will be automatically be changed to User (Submitter).

Why/ Benefit:

• This change will make sure we are able to use the same user permissions across all existing and new services within the NHVR Portal.
• The user table provides account level and service level permissions giving more flexibility in how users are managed.
• The table below also gives more detail about what the user type can and can't do within the NHVR Portal, a handy reference when assigning user roles.

EXPORT LIBRARY HAS MOVED - NOW UNDER ACCOUNT (User: All)

The Export Library has moved and is now located under ‘Account’.

Now, a single library will store all transactions in the Portal; across Access, Registration and the new service modules of Accreditation and Vehicle Standards.

• Ability for a Customer to select a trip details on certain Custom Applications
• Allow for 12 tyres in axle tyre field
• Changed print view of a case to now show header
• Fixed Road manager not receiving Permit Issued email
• Removed GCM from vehicle list in permit template
• Fix for notifications being generated for non-workflow permit updates
• Linked accounts – fixes to correct incorrect rego selections
