Release 3.14.12 - May 2018 (Minor Update)

Customer Module

Information Request (IR) for a bridge assessment - the response to this IR will now go directly to the Road Manager, in the past it would be sent to NHVR for approval first. This will speed up the turnaround times for progressing this type of request.

RCN consolidation - update to requested customer accounts, merging RCNs for improved account management.

Road Manager Module

Information Request (IR) for a bridge assessment - a specific template for this IR is now available “Additional bridge assessment required”. Once selected, this request will be sent directly to the Customer rather than first being sent to the NHVR to forward to the customer. By removing these additional steps, it is expected to improve the processing times.   

Regulator Module

Information Request (IR) for a bridge assessment - when the Road Manager uses the new “Additional bridge assessment required”, these information requests will no longer be sent to NHVR. Instead, the IR request and response will be between the Road Manager and Customer directly.

Workgroup Fields - internal update to fix a bug in the approvals process.
