Release 9.8.0 - 18 August 2021

The NHVR Portal will be updated with Release 9.8.0 from 4.00 pm (AEST - Brisbane time) on Wednesday 18/08/2021.

Access

  • When a new user is added to a Road Managers portal account, by default all available NHVR Analytics reports will be set to on. This removes the requirement to ask an administrator to complete the action.

Accreditation

  • Wording has been added to the rubbish bin icon which is indicative of deleting a vehicle within the Accreditation module - this update is aimed to remove confusion around functionality and reduce calls to delete vehicles.

  • Validation has been added to rego numbers so that a vehicle can't be submitted for the same application twice - reducing unnecessary refunds needing to be processed.

  • Updates to the incident reporting system allowing emergency service selections - those are now "Rural Fire", "State Emergency Service (SES)", "Safety Compliance Officer" and "None" - this allows further detail to be supplied and allows near miss reporting to indicate when "None" attended due to the incident type.


PBS (Performance Based Standards)

  • Validation has been added to VA add & remove vehicle applications. This validation prevents applications being submitting with no entry in the number of vehicle components to be added or removed.

  • Based on feedback from Assessors, Certifiers and the PBS team, selection of a certifier for some VA application types has now been made optional. The VA application types that no longer require a certifier to be selected are - transfer to different company, change of company name & tyre updates.
