Access

• Auto approval of all consents when granted with standard condition.
• To improve the display of PBS information for Road Managers, we’ve removed the image under Vehicle/load.​ Now, a new field named PBS Approval files will display all related Vehicle approvals and/or PBS In-Principle attached documents (no need to scroll to the attachments section).​

Vehicle Standards

• Easier viewing of case completion notification documents for more closed cases.
• Better validation for VS applications for wheelbase and extreme axel distance.
• Removing consultation tab from customer view for modification cases.

Accreditation

• Customers will be able to view both certificates if they have Mass/Maintenance/BFM and AFM Certificates in the Portal.

NHVR Analytics

• Administrators of Road Manager accounts will now have the ability to provide individual users, within their account, permission to view the new analytics reports, published in the NHVR Portal.

Help and support

• We’ve improved the password reset experience, and added a show/hide button to all password fields. We’re aiming to reduce pain for customers, and our colleagues, and substantially reduce our support efforts from multiple teams. We’ll be monitoring calls and support requests, and analytics to measure benefit.

• We’re building more product tours every sprint, and you can now find them all by going to the bell icon in the bottom left hand corner.
