The NHVR Portal will be updated with Release 10.4.0 from7.00 pm (AEST - Brisbane time) on Wednesday 19/01/2022.

Access

For system generated permits we updated the turn by turn format so that Networks first then the Route versions in numerically order to make it easier for Customers to view the Routes on the permit.

Contact Centre

To provide a better customer experience when they call the contact centre we will now offer for users to have their own PIN# that can be used for verification. This will help alleviate customer frustration where they are asked to provide the RCN and other details which they may not have on them at the time.
