Access

• We removed the word Semi from the trailer registration heading in the Permit Application. This update is aimed to stop confusion for our customers and roadside officers when viewing the trailer details on permits.

Accreditation

• Administrators can now remove Secondary Legal Representatives or Directors from their account - previously this update required assistance.

Vehicle Standards

• The cover letter for a completed IPS case can now be drafted in the Portal. We'll continue to develop and deploy further notifications for other case closed types.
• Improvements have been made to Mass & Dimension field ordering and headings for Crane & Dolly applications to make applications easier to understand.

General Updates

• We're continuing to make updates in line with our upcoming PBS updates - you may see things moving around or looking visually different. We'll always try to let you know of any significant changes and whilst some of these updates may take a little time to get used to, we believe they'll make your Portal experience easier!
