Access Module (User: Road Manager)

Case Tracker: Road Managers will now be able to view the completion of tasks via Case Tracker, rather than needing to open each case. This will be a significant time saver and improve reporting and workflow.

These will need setting up under your TAB OPTIONS> COLUMN SELECTOR >CONSENT WORKFLOW DETAILS

  1. Select the new fields:

Remember you can also create a new tab and set this up at an account level so all users under your account have this view. 


Decision Tab: Road Managers now have the ability to remove all applied conditions in one action. See new REMOVE ALL button at the bottom of the screen.


Information Requests: A new alert will display for information requests: 

"Requests from an applicant or road manager to amend an access application is subject to approval by the NHVR, this includes any vehicle, dimension, mass or route which effects another party/ies decision as per NHVR Policy. A request of this type will result in the requirement to submit a new application if NHVR deems the request invalid. See NHVR Publications for further information and clarification at https://www.nhvr.gov.au/about-us/publications." 

Fixes & Improvements

Access Module

The following bugs and improvements were actioned in this release:

  • User does not receive notifications after un-ticking the notification preferences box
  • User unable to submit OSOM and SPV type application with amend route details
  • Assigning a case overrides the user who created/modified workflow note
  • Permit Application Activity not 'completed' on partner Consent close
  • Case IR disappears after 14 days if not responded 
  • Status updates are not reflecting correctly 
  • Duration Calculations not correct on specific reported cases
  • Information Request can be updated after the case is closed
  • Close out of consents where all roads removed but Road Manager has already provided consent
  • Calculation of Road Manager workflow performance when decision cancelled
  • Customer able to update Vehicle configuration via Permit library on a Permit Issued

Fix deactivated customer account OR user profile in Portal still receiving email notifications.
