The NHVR Portal will be updated with Release 7.9.0 from 4.00 pm (AEST - Brisbane time) on Wednesday 21/10/2020.

Access

  • Access Facilitators can now generate, view and send draft versions of refusal templates, making processing them faster, and with less room for error.

  • Access Facilitators can now automatically send consent requests to TMR, saving additional organisation time, and improving turnaround times for cases.

Help and support

  • Outside of these two major access upgrades, we’re continually implementing changes throughout the Portal, and you may see minor updates in your daily interactions which simplify tasks.
