Release Features (minor)
The NHVR Portal will be updated with Release 5.2.0 from 4pm on Wednesday 18/9/2019.
If you are logged in after 4pm, please log out/ in for the update to take effect. After this you can start exploring the new features.

CHANGES FOR ALL PORTAL USERS:
NEW PASSWORD POLICY – new format for passwords to improve your account security
What is changing?
The NHVR Portal will require new passwords to be more complex, to improve the security for user accounts.
The new password format will be:
- Greater than 10 characters
- Contain 1 lowercase character
- 1 upper case character
- 1 number
- 1 character from special characters
(such as !@#$%^&*()_+/.,;:)
Also a number of common phrases will be excluded, such as ‘password123’.
If your new password doesn’t meet the required format, you will receive an error message.

- Registered Vehicle Summary page – lists any uploaded documents
- Vehicle lockdown for customers – additional features, rules for Queensland
