Release 4.8.0 - June 2019

Release Features

LINKED BUSINESS SERVICES – NETWORK ACCESS AND REGISTRATION (User: All)

What:

  • Linking vehicle configuration details
  • Linking registration status

How:

  • Vehicle inspection data entered by jurisdictions will be available to apply to permit applications
  • Auto-populated data from previously approved permits – references information entered into the fields or VIN, or Registration number combined with State.

Why/ Benefit:

For Customers

This will reduce the amount of data entry required in adding vehicle mass, dimension and axle spacings.

For Road Managers...

After a vehicle inspection, all State and Territory jurisdictions are able to add vehicle information against a registration record for example:

  • axle group
  • axle details
  • mass & dimension.

This will ‘lock’ the vehicle component and reduce the need for Road Managers to further validate the vehicle configuration.

PERFORMANCE REPORT (User: Road Managers)

  • This new report can be filtered by Application type and Consent status.
  • View pre-approved routes, Extension of Time (EoT) or Info Requests (IR).
