Release Features - Road Manager & Customers

DIRECT USER COMMUNICATION

This release, we are changing some of the settings to streamline the in-Portal communication between users.

Now, for Requests other than alternate routes and Extension of Time requests, Road Managers and Customers will exchange information directly. Allowing road managers and customers to deal directly with each other reduces the number of steps in processing permit applications and improves processing efficiency. 

ROUTE PLANNER - Map Layers

Over the coming months we will be adding more network layers in both the Route Planner (Information Hub view) and Route Planner (in Portal view), so users can more easily identify the best routing options when using these mapping tools.
