Release Features

The NHVR Portal will be updated with Release 6.1.1 from 8am (AEST - Brisbane time) on Thursday 20/11/2019.

If you are logged in before 8am, please refresh for the update to take effect. After this you can start exploring the new features.

CHANGES WITHIN SERVICE AREAS:

VEHICLE STANDARDS

Case Management now available, which gives all users of Vehicle Standards additional functionality.

Operators

  • Track the progress of these applications by viewing the Case Management tab.
  • ‘Self-serve’ to view the application status anytime and in real-time.
  • View and share vehicle information across all parties using a single platform.
  • Print the final approval document.

Jurisdictions

  • Use Case Management to provide feedback or request information.
  • Add and apply suggested conditions to an application.

NHVR (Regulator)

  • ‘End to end’ Case Management including the production of the final approval document.

IMPROVEMENTS & BUG FIXES

  • [Vehicle Standards] Update approvals for cases submitted by operators during the Beta Phase

  • [ALL] After a payment transaction has been completed via the Portal, the portal will take the user back to the Case confirmation screen and not to Application tracker/landing page.  
  • [ACCESS] Permit start date will display the shortest consent period..
