Release 3.8 - April 2017 (Major Update)

Release 3.8: Significant update to areas of the NHVR Portal - Customer Module 

Table functionality : Changes to all screens within the portal that display vehicle, permit or payment information. Includes new filtering options and custom tabs.

Permit Applications : Name of this section changed to Application Tracker, aligning it with the rest of the Portal naming style.
