Customer Module

Case Status – The ‘Expired Decision’ Status will commence on the 56^th additional day after the initial 28^th day of the consent request (84 days in total with Road Manager). The 28 days is the legislative duration that the consent request can be with a Road Manager for a decision. If no response from the road manager after 28 days the status will show “Overdue” until the additional 56^th day.

Road Manager Module
