The NHVR Portal will be updated with Release 9.3.0 from 4.00 pm (AEST - Brisbane time) on Wednesday 17/03/2021.

Access
- Implementation of a Refusal Email Notification to customer. Previously a customer received a refusal notification after the case had been completed asking them if they want a new application or to wait for the refusal. To allow customers to decide earlier, a new notification is sent to the customer when NHVR accept the Road manager refusal.
Vehicle Standards
A Vehicle Standards Regulator Administrator user can now change the customer on an issued Exemption permit to allow for transfer of the permit to a different customer.
For all Vehicle Standards applications the VIN or Chassis No, Tyre size and Registration number will be capitalised after input - this will occur after the user selects save. Existing applications will have capitalisation applied when they are viewed. This update is aimed to create consistency to these fields.
Performance Based Standards
Providers now have the ability to delete any draft applications that they want to remove from their Provider account.
- PBS Provider account details can now be viewed and updated in the Portal - removing the need to contact the NHVR in most instance of updating accounts.
Data Asset Management
DAM User testing will has commenced with a selection of councils. Participants will run through a variety of tasks within the new Data Asset Management tool and feedback received will shape the modifications we make prior to release. An all in stakeholder presentation will be held at release for all impacted parties. Many thanks to those assisting us by participating.
