What are the default columns for Case Tracker?

Answer: 

Case Tracker shall display the following “Default” tabs for cases:
  • Open for all open cases.
  • With Customer for all open cases with the Customer.
  • With Road Manager for all open cases with the Road Manager.
  • With NHVR for all open cases with the Regulator.
  • Closed for all cases that are in a finalised state (refer to the Case Specification for a list of all finalised states).
