What are the default columns for Case Tracker?
Answer:
Case Tracker shall display the following “Default” tabs for cases:
- Open for all open cases.
- With Customer for all open cases with the Customer.
- With Road Manager for all open cases with the Road Manager.
- With NHVR for all open cases with the Regulator.
- Closed for all cases that are in a finalised state (refer to the Case Specification for a list of all finalised states).
