Answer: 

Yes there are some conditions when Applications will not attract a fee, these are:

  • Adding/removing registration numbers for the same vehicle specification
  • Changing company trading name or details, such as postal/physical addresses
  • Minor variations to route (see explanation of a minor route variation)
  • Request to amend road and travel conditions.
