What are the application processing times?

Answer: 

As the final components of the NHVR Portal system has been developed and implemented, we have been working hard to manage the application processing timeframes while our staff have been working between two systems before finally transitioning into the full Portal solution in early October 2017. 

We appreciate your patience during this period and we fully expect to see increasing efficiency from the use of the NHVR Portal over the next period of time.
