Find out about the functions and fields in the Case Tracker table


The Case Tracker page lists all the consents you have ever had as a road manager. It shows a history of cases and enables you to search previous decisions.

Using the filter, tab and actions options, you are able to full configure and personalise the case tracker list view to your requirements. These tools are useful for managing workflow and for searching for previous decisions and information to inform current case actions.

Filter

You can filter your view of the case list by using the tabs:

  • Open - open cases
  • My consents - consents you have worked on
  • Closed - granted, refused or closed cases
  • All

Add tabs button - add tabs as required for various fields such as workflows, roads, regions, customers. This enables you to use different filters to view the case list, eg. view all cases in a certain region or for a particular customer.

Tab options

  • Select the drop down toggle
  • Select option:
    • Filter - change filters including change columns, clear all filters, prevent users personalising tab, revert to system level tab
    • Export - export case information including current view or export all rows up to 10,000 records (CSV file)

Actions

  • Select a case (or a number of cases) by checking the box next to the case number.
  • Select the drop down toggle in the Actions box.
  • You can then:
    • Assign the case to an individual
    • Allocate the case to a workgroup
    • Flag the case

This function can be used to complete bulk actions for workflow management.
