The data request log records all queries made regarding the registration service within the NHVR Portal. When a user views any data within the 'Registration Details' table the system immediately records that action and places it within the Data Request Log.

The table displays the following attributes:

Column Title/AttributeDescription
Request dateThe exact date and time the data was queried in the NHVR Portal
EmailThe users email address who performed the query
IP addressThe IP address of the user who performed the query
EventThe type of query performed
