Data Request Log
The data request log records all queries made regarding the registration service within the NHVR Portal. When a user views any data within the 'Registration Details' table the system immediately records that action and places it within the Data Request Log.
The table displays the following attributes:
Column Title/Attribute | Description |

Request date | The exact date and time the data was queried in the NHVR Portal |
The users email address who performed the query | |
IP address | The IP address of the user who performed the query |
Event | The type of query performed |
