I'm having trouble linking my registration accounts in the NHVR Portal, can you do it on my behalf?
Unfortunately, no. The questions asked in the Link Registrations wizard are designed to validate that you are authorised to view the registration information. The information provided by the user must match the information in the NHVR Heavy Vehicle database as part of confirming that the user is authorised. Where a mismatch has occurred, the mismatching information is not highlighted for security purposes as this may provide an unauthorised person with hints on how to gain access to the information. We recommend that you review the help material and confirm the information you are entering is correct. If you are still having difficulties, you will need to contact the relevant state or territory transport authority to confirm the information the jurisdiction has on record.

My registration status is Registered however the expiry date has passed?
The Expiry date is the true indicator of effective status. Depending on the jurisdiction, the registration Status may continue to show as 'Registered' unless a vehicle registration is deliberately 'Unregistered' or 'Suspended'. The Expiry date reflects the expiry date of the most recent registration and if that date has passed then the vehicle should be considered as "Unregistered". For more information, contact the state or territory transport authority.
