Release 3.6: Case Tracker - a new tab was added to the Case screen which will show the permit application details. A Tour is active for this new feature which was released 2/12/2016. Support material was updated with new screenshots Viewing permit applications in Case Tracker

Release 3.4: Some minor changes to improve the back end system in processing permit applications. No changes to how you, as a customer, use the portal to apply for permits online.
