Exit Accreditation - Customer
To use the NHVR Portal the user must:
- have a production Portal account;
- have the required Permission level to submit application
- be logged in to Portal and
- completed the verification process (this is a once-off process).
- Navigate to Accreditation
Select 'Remove module(s) or Exit from NHVAS"
Select all Modules from “Which module(s) do you want to remove?”, add Application nickname (optional) and select START.
Follow the workflow steps to complete the application.
