Establish Accreditation - Customer
To use the NHVR Portal the user must:
have a production Portal account;
have the required Permission level to submit application
be logged in to Portal and
completed the verification process (this is a once-off process).
Navigate to Accreditation
Select type of application to be completed and the module to 'establish'.
Add an application 'nick name' (optional) as a reference to make it easier to find the application in the future.
Follow the workflow steps to complete the application.
