Update personal information
It’s easy to keep your personal details updated.
- From the home screen, click on the My Profile or under your user name in the top panel.
Under My Profile, you can change/ update:
Details Tabcontact information
preferences - you will receive portal notifications via email, you can disable this function here if required.
password
My Accounts - User controlled account access (User acceptance status)
Photo
Event Log
On the Details tab, expand/ collapse the areas to view and update your Preferences, Password or Email address.
Note:
If you change your email address, you will need to go through the verification process before you can log back into the system. An email will be sent to your updated email account for your verification.
An email will then be sent to your email address with a confirmation link. Your user profile will be deactivated until you have completed the email confirmation.
If you accidentally provide the incorrect email address and can no longer access your account, please call the Contact Centre.
4. On the My Accounts tab, click the pencil icon on the right to view your details and access.
To change account membership access, editing is restricted based on user access.

5. On the Photo tab, you can add a picture or image. Click New Picture to open a file or simply drop image into the screen space.
Use the tools below the image to crop and rotate the profile picture.
6. On the Event Log tab, you can view your login/ logout activity.
