NHVR Route Planner Tool - User Guide is available to support customers and road managers in using the Route Planner Tool via the Information Hub (accessible without logging into the NHVR Portal). 

Some of the functionality outlined in this User Guide also applies to the version of Route Planner used in the Permit Application Process.
