TC: Dev meetings would be good	ST - Being so reactive to requests, we can learn to say “No, it can not be done right now”. CJ: ^or at least “why?”
TC: Extending on CJs note. Would be good to have some docs and prepared scripts that devs can just easily follow/run to pull data (or migrate) to locally running DBs.	ST - Unscheduled and uncommunicated updates. Contact needs to be made with the team first!!!
ST - Correlate and record leave amongst all staff within Portal and Spatial. We can't afford to let a business process oversight impact our staff as much as it has. Not healthy for anyone involved.
