Release Features - Road Manager & Customers

DIRECT USER COMMUNICATION

This release, we are changing some of the settings to streamline the in-Portal communication between users.

Now for Information Requests and some Extension of Time requests, Road Managers and Customers will exchange information directly. Removing the NHVR reduces the number of steps in finalising permit applications and improving processing efficiency. 

ROUTE PLANNER - Map Layers

Over the coming months we will be adding more network layers in both the Route Planner (Information Hub view) and Route Planner (in Portal view), so users can more easily identify the best routing options when using these mapping tools.
