The NHVR Portal will be updated with Release 6.1.2 from 4pm (AEST - Brisbane time) on Friday 29/11/2019.
From Friday 29 November, the NHVR Accreditation team will start processing all NHVAS applications received via email, fax or web forms through the NHVR Portal. It will be a busy few days for the team, completing and uploading applications on behalf of operators.
With the high volume of NHVAS applications normally received at this time of year, combined with the data entry process, there will be some minor impacts on assessment timeframes. We appreciate your understanding during this time.
To help with the application queues, we encourage operators to avoid submitting applications between 29 November and 1 December.
On Monday 2 December, you’ll receive a ‘Getting started’ email with instructions on how you can begin to submit your applications through the new Portal Accreditation service. If you have not logged out since Friday, please refresh your account.
What audit functions can now be completed in the NHVR Portal?
Operators can now create and submit Compliance Audit Notifications using the NHVR Portal.
Operator can select an auditor from a dropdown list in the NHVR Portal during the application process. Note: only auditors with current NHVR approval will be presented for selection (NHVAS Approved Auditors list)
From Monday 2 December, view the NHVAS Approved Auditors list will be available in the NHVR Portal > Information Hub.
