Yes there are some conditions when Applications will not attract a fee, these are:
- Adding/removing registration numbers for the same vehicle specification
- Changing company trading name or details, such as postal/physical addresses
- Minor variations to route (see explanation of a minor route variation)
- Request to amend road and travel conditions.
