Answer: 

There are two possible causes:

1) Your application was not saved when you exited the screen (by clicking on another area of the NHVR Portal). We suggest you regularly use the Save button in the bottom right hand corner of the screen.

2) A saving conflict occurred which can happen if more than one user is working on the same application at the same time. The system saves only the last update, so users can accidentally save over the top of another user's application. Where possible, we recommend one user works on one application to avoid this issue.

If you were the only person working on the application at the time it was lost, please contact the Call Center.
