If additional information is required to process an application,  the NHVR will still contact you by email with this request. 

A benefit of using the Customer Portal to apply for permits, is that you can now view if your application requires additional information in Case Tracker.

Case Tracker will show you when a request for information is raised against a case.

To open Case Tracker, click the tile or side navigation. For more support, see Getting Around the Portal.
