  1. Navigate to the 'Case Tracker' 


  2. Find the permit, click to open the Case and click on the 'DECISIONS' tab. Click the 'START ASSESSMENT' button if visible. 


    Note: the 'START ASSESSMENT' button only appears if you have not already worked on the consent request

  3. Click on the ‘START DECISION’ button 
  4. To add conditions, select ‘Approve with conditions’



  5. Click on the 'ADD STANDARD CONDITIONS' tab. Scroll through and add the appropriate conditions by clicking on the 'ADD' button adjacent to the condition.

  6. Scroll to the bottom of the page, add comments (if relevant) and click 'SUBMIT REQUEST' or add custom conditions.
