You will then be prompted to enter your email address. Enter the address that you registered with and click the "Request Password Reset" button on the right of the screen. If the email address doesn't match the one you registered with, you will receive an error message.
An email will be sent to the address you entered. Open the email and click the link that is provided. You will then be asked to enter your new password. Choose a password that is at least 8 characters long and has at least one uppercase character.
