However, It is quicker to amend your permit directly from Application tracker as it will automatically find and match permits based on the Permit ID number.
Renew an existing permit in the Permit Library
Navigate to the permit the Permit Library.
- On the OPEN TAB, search for the Permit using the table filters, for example the Permit ID.
To display more permit details, add columns to table by selecting TAB OPTIONS > Change columns. Then on the COLUMN SELECTOR tab, tick the checkbox against the column you wish to add and click APPLY.
Once the permit is selected, from ACTIONS FOR 1 ITEM button, select RENEW.
Note icon false By selecting multiple permits, you can carry out bulk actions.
- This will open the new amend permit applicaiton in Application Tracker.
- this will save the changes you have made on the Permit and be applied to all of the subsequent Cases sharing the Permit Number

Click on Save button located at the bottom of the page;Warning Any updates made to a Permit will be automatically applied to all subsequent Cases associated with the Permit no matter what status the Case is in.
