What is a nominated legal representative?
To establish accreditation or add a module to an accreditation this form must be signed by a company director or the individual applying for accreditation.
Steps for a user nominating as a legal representative
- Set up the legal representative as a new user on the account (Administrator can complete this action)
- The new user will receive an email to the account and invited to complete the set up process.

Administrators can not nominate a legal representative, it is a user action.
