DIRECT USER COMMUNICATION

This release, we are changing some of the settings to streamline the in-Portal communication between users.

Now, for Information Requests other than alternate routes and some Extension of Time requests, Road Managers and Customers will exchange information directly. Removing the NHVR Allowing road managers and customers to deal directly with each other reduces the number of steps in finalising processing permit applications and improving improves processing efficiency.
