Regulator

• Improved user interface to add conditions in the library for pre-approvals.

• Consistent conditions view for different user types.

• Auto cancelation notifications of expired accreditations  will be sent to Accreditation team to ensure accuracy of vehicle labels.

• Additional label ‘Expired/Auto-cancelled’  added to Accreditation module to differentiate from ‘Cancelled by NHVR’. First option refers to expiration of accreditation, second is the result of disciplinary action.

Customers

• On Class 1 permit applications customers can now indicate their intent to use wrong side of road for any part of their journey.
