What is the difference between a Task, Note and Request?

  1. A TASK is additional information that requires action in the permit assessment process.
  2. A NOTE is additional information that pertains to the case - that requires no action. 
  3. A REQUEST is when you need to ask for information from the NHVR or the Road Manager about a case OR it can be a request from your Case Manager and/or Road Manager asking you for additional information.
