Our company doesn’t have a business credit card, we always used cheque how can we submit permit via NHVR Portal?

Answer: 

We are working to provide the option to use Paypal.  If Paypal is also not available in your organisation and you need to pay by cheque you will have to continue using alternative channels such as mail.
