I received an email with a link to log into the Portal, why can't I login?

If you received an email from Vision 6 (an email marketing program used by NHVR), it may be that your company firewalls are blocking access. Try the following steps to resolve it:

  1. Cut and paste the link from the email directly into your website browser address bar.
  2. If the problem persists, try https://www.service.nhvr.gov.au/ 
  3. If you still can’t access the Portal, it may be a firewall block. See if your IT department can investigate this.
  4. Otherwise, call NHVR Support to check your registration status.
