How do I play/ turn off a tour that has pop up screen instructions?

Answer: 

A tour will automatically display until it is viewed. If you want to turn it off, click 'Skip tour', located in the bottom left of the pop-up box. If you want to play a tour that you have viewed, select HELP and click on the PLAY TOUR button found at the bottom of the slide out window.
