Updating your user profile information under My Profile
Step-by-step guide
It’s easy to keep your personal details updated.
- From the home screen, click on the My Profile in the centre of the screen or under your user name in the top panel .
- Select the Manage Membership tile from the User page or select Manage Membership from the drop-down menu next to your User name in the top pane.
Under My Profile, you can change/ update:
Details Tabcontact information
preferences
password
My Accounts - User controlled account access (User acceptance status)
Photo
Event Log
On the Details tab, expand/ collapse the areas to view and update your Preferences, Password or Email address.
Note:
If you change your email address, you will need to go through the verification process before you can log back into the system. An email will be sent to your updated email account for your verification.
An email will then be sent to your email address with a confirmation link. Your user profile will be deactivated until you have completed the email confirmation.
If you accidentally provide the incorrect email address and can no longer access your account, please call the Contact Centre.
- On the My Accounts tab, click the pencil icon on the right to view your details and access.
To change account membership access, editing is restricted based on user access.
Users can edit this area, under My Profile > Details Tab Users and Administrators can edit this area, also under Account > Manage customer account membership Administrators only can edit this area, under Account > Manage customer account membership Users can edit this area, User Acceptance status. Account activation managed by Administrators, Note: Administrator access is automatically assigned to the user who initially creates the account. At all times, there must be at least one Administrator attached to the Account, please contact NHVR Call Centre if you need help to re-assign this role.
On the Photo tab, you can add a picture or image. Click New Picture to open a file or simply drop image into the screen space.
Note: Try using a photo that is 200 x 200 or has a ratio of 1:1, and the image size must be under 1MB.
- Use the tools below the image to crop and rotate the profile picture.
- On the Event Log tab, you can view your login/ logout activity.
