To gain access to any of the services within NHVR Portal you must first be a registered user and then have a active membership with a Customer account. For more information on how to set up a user account and a customer account, please click on the links below:
Restricted Release Period (1 July 2018 to 30 September 2018)
During the Restricted Release period the following rules apply for;
Customer users:
- Users will be invited into the Restricted Release by a Regulator user with 'Service Administrator' permissions for the Registration Service and an account role of 'Administrator'
- The invited user will be given the 'Enabled' service permission for the Registration Service
- Users with a service permission of 'Enabled' for the Registration Service and an account role of 'Administrator' can update other users service permissions
- If a user disables their Registration Service permissions they cannot re-enable it themselves; to re-enable their access to the service a Regulator user with a service permission of 'Service Administrator' for the Registration Service and an account role of 'Administrator' can perform the update OR a Customer user within their account with a service permission of 'Enabled' for the Registration Service and an account role of 'Administrator' can perform the update
Post Go Live (from 1 October 2018)
After the Go Live date the following rules apply for
Customer users:
- Users with an account role of 'Administrator' will be able to enable the Registration Service in the Manage Customer Account Membership window.
- Users with a service permission of 'Enabled' for the Registration Service and an account role of 'Administrator' can enable the Registration Service for other users
- If a user disables their Registration Service permissions they cannot re-enable it themselves. A user within their account with a service permission of 'Enabled' for the Registration Service and an account role of 'Administrator' can perform the update
