  1. From the home screen, click on the Permit Applications tilein the centre of the top row. Or click on the ‘paper’ iconlocated third down the side navigation panel.
  2. On the Permit Applications page you will see all the saved permit applicationsfor the Active Account.              

  3. To change the list view from table to picture mode, click the blue buttonto the left of the Search field.
  4. To view Permit Applications by their status, select the appropriate tab at the top– All, Draft or Submitted, or change the order of the list by clicking on the column headers. This will re-sort the list on that parameter.

    IDNumber assigned when the permit is created
    ApplicationThe class of application (e.g new, renew, amend

    ReferenceThe vehicle configuration or application reference
    ConfigurationThe vehicle components
    StatusCurrent status of the application.  This is a system assigned value used to track the application from creation to submission.
    Case #Number of the case used to manage an application to final permit
    ContactName of the person linked to the application
    ModifiedThe date the record was last modified

  5. You can find the permit application you wish to action by scrolling through the pages or using the Search box at the top of the list.
  6. Once you’ve found the right permit application, click the view, update, copy or delete icon to the right of the permit application.
  • Selecting View will take you to a summary view of the permit application.
  • Selecting Update will open the permit application screen and allow you to make changes and submit the application.
  • If you select Copy, a pop-up will ask to you confirm your action, click Copy. A direct copy of your permit application will appear in the permit application list. You can use this function to use a permit application you have already completed as the basis for another application.  Using the copy function in this way will save you time in data entry.
  • If you select Delete, a pop-up will ask you to confirm your action, click Delete. Your permit application will disappear from the permit application list.
