View, update or copy an existing permit application



  1. Navigate to Access permits > Application Tracker from the home page via the blue tile or the side navigation bar.

  2. All saved permit applications for the active account will be listed.

  3. Scroll through the list or use the drop-down filters to find the required permit application. Select Tab Options> to change columns, clear filters or export information.

  4. Once you’ve found the right permit application, click the view, update or copy icon to the right of the permit application.

    View - will take you to a summary view of the permit application.

    Update - will open the permit application screen and allow you to make changes and submit the application.

    Copy - a pop-up will ask to you confirm your action, click Copy. A direct copy of your permit application will appear in the permit application list. You can use this function to use a permit application you have already completed as the basis for another application. Using the copy function in this way will save you time in data entry.

    Archive 

  1. Once you’ve found the right permit application, check the box to the left.

  2. Select Actions drop-down.

  3. Select Archive.

  4. A pop-up will ask you to confirm.

Name of the person linked to the application

The date the record was last modified
